This is a complete systems integration and software engineering service that is designed to employ our proprietary technology delivery practices and tools ( GLUE, ValidationBench) for assisting clients in implementing and supporting business applications within their organization.
This service encompasses the complete software engineering cycle, including problem and requirements specification, solution sizing and definition, solution packaging and implementation, and solution support:
  • Customer Relationship Management, establishing, nurturing, and managing relationships with all user knowledge worker and buyer constituencies; this process has the primary responsibility for ensuring that all engagements, projects, and processes exceed customer expectations and includes enterprise product management, opportunity development, effort sizing, project management, requirements analysis, business case development, prototyping, joint application design, deliverable acceptance, and training activities
  • Solution Construction, the definition and construction of the solution to achieve defined goals and targets; this is the primary software engineering and technology production process, and includes effort sizing, project management, architecture development, design, construction, component validation, quality, solution installation, conversion, training, and tier 3 customer support activities
  • Solution Validation, the validation of the constructed solution to ensure it delivers all business, technical, functional, and performance requirements, as well as meets or exceeds customer expectations; this is the primary testing, expectation management, and quality verification process and includes sizing, project management, requirements coverage analysis, packaging, test planning, test case design, test tool integration, requirements validation, regression testing, failure analysis, and package acceptance
