Process Quality Assessment and Action Plan
This service comprises the analysis, data gathering, benchmarking, and planning activities aimed at assessing the capabilities and competencies of the client’s current operating model. The scope of the assessment can include the entire client organization, or only selected subsets of its constituent business and technology processes. Outsourced processes can also be included.
In addition, these engagements typically involve specifying the appropriate future state alternatives that would meet the client’s objectives, conducting a gap analysis that identifies the key areas of improvement and their corresponding organizational impacts, and finally developing a prioritized plan of action that minimizes the organizational, cultural, technological, and business risks associated with the reconfiguring and transitioning of the organization from the current environment to the selected target environment.
